Return and Exchange Policy

- Inspection Upon Receipt
1.1 Upon receiving the goods, customers are kindly requested to immediately inspect the condition and accuracy of the items against the purchase order.
1.2 If any damage from shipping, incorrect items, or missing parts are found, please notify the company within 3 days from the date of receipt, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos), for the company's consideration and action.
- Product Warranty
2.1 New Replacement: If your product has a manufacturing defect within the first 6 months from the purchase date, we'll gladly replace it with a new one at no charge.
2.2 Free Repair Service: After the initial 6 months and for an additional 6 months (totaling 1 year from the purchase date), your product will still be covered. We'll repair it and replace parts for free if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect under normal use.
2.3 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or natural disasters.
- Conditions for Return/Exchange
3.1 Manufacturing Defects: If a product within the warranty period has a manufacturing defect and cannot be used normally, customers can contact the company to request a replacement or repair. The product for exchange/repair must be in its original condition, unmodified, and include all original accessories and packaging (if any).
3.2 Incorrect Items: If the received product does not match the order, please notify the company within 3 days from the date of receipt. The product for exchange must be in its original condition, unused, and with complete packaging.
3.3 The company reserves the right not to accept returns in the following cases:
3.3.1 Customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
3.3.2 The product has been used or is not in its original condition.
3.3.3 The product is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3.3.4 The product's warranty period has expired.
- Return/Exchange Procedure
4.1 Contact the company via [Specify contact method, e.g., phone, email] to report the issue and provide evidence.
4.2 The company's staff will review the case and inform you of the decision.
4.3 If the return/exchange is approved, the customer must send the product back to the company at the following address: [Specify address].
4.4 Once the company receives and inspects the returned product, a new product will be shipped, or a repair will be carried out (according to the conditions) within 14 business days.
- Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
5.1 In cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly, the company will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipment of the new item.
5.2 In other cases not covered by the above conditions, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs.
